Slow-Mag oral tablets contain 64 mg of magnsium. Slow-Mag is the only magnesium supplement that provides a magnesium chloride formulation for maximum absorption by the body. Slow-Mag provides an enteric-coating to avoid the stomach upset and diarrhea commonly associated with oral magnesium supplements.
